Florida Sales Tax
Currently, most companies doing business on the internet use the same taxation rules as those used for mail order. These rules are based on constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce. Since DaynaLaneGifts.com operates only out of Florida, we only charge Sales Tax in Florida. There is no tax on gift certificates. Tax will be calculated automatically for Florida residents.

When Your Card Is Charged
When you finalize your order your credit card is authorized for the amount of your order. As your order exits our shipping system your credit card will be charged for the amount of purchase using the authorization previously obtained when you place your order. Your order will then be shipped that day or the following work day.
